Furniture Protection

Our service is all-inclusive, including stain removal treatments and protection of your furniture. If we move your furniture, we will place it on protective cards or blocks if required.

Once your furniture is out of the way, our cleaning process begins!

Firstly, we add a pre-conditioning agent. This is used to break down soils and targets general spots for a more thorough clean.

Stain Removal

It’s possibly the most important part of our carpet and rug cleaning service, we pre-treat stubborn stains with special solutions to increase chances of removal.

Step 3

Agitation

Where required a professional carpet groomer or rotary brush is used to loosen the soil further..

Step 4

Soil extraction and rinse

At this point your carpet is thoroughly cleaned and rinsed with our ‘Ecosteam’ system as part of our carpet rug cleaning. Furthermore we ensure there is no residue left behind.

Step 5

Speed Dry

Forthwith high-velocity air movers are placed on the carpet. This is done immediately after cleaning to promote faster drying.

Step 6

Neutralised

We check the pH level of every single carpet we clean. This ensures no residue left behind and your carpet is left feeling soft and smelling fresh.

Carpet and Rug Cleaning – Evaluation

After cleaning we inspect the work we have provided with you, to make sure that you are satisfied and pleased with the quality of our cleaning.

Additionally, we will groom your carpet, ensuring that it looks its very best when we leave.
