Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re unsatisfied with our cleaning services, please notify us within 48 hours of job completion. If you feel our service is not up to par, we will happily re-clean the specified area free of charge. Customer satisfaction is everything and we want you to be a happy customer who would recommend our service without hesitation.
Pricing
Please note, our estimates are based on the dimensions of average-sized rooms, and standard-sized upholstery, if in doubt we would be pleased to advise on sizes, feel free to ask the technician if you require extra areas to be included if they have the time they will oblige
Payment:
Payment is due upon job completion unless previously arranged or commercial work . Acceptable methods of payment include Bank Transfers, Debit Cards, or cash handed directly to the technician. Please be aware American Express cards incur a 2.5% fee.
Cancellation Fees & Surcharges:
Customers may reschedule an appointment through email or a phone call. If possible rescheduling requests should be made with a minimum of 48 hours notice to allow us to fill the technicians day. We would appreciate it if you could ensure parking availability for our technicians. This enables us to start work immediately and cause as little disruption as possible.
Safety Measures:
It would be appreciated if you could provide a clear, hazard-free workspace for our technicians to ensure smooth service delivery. We will move furniture as required up to 35kg but it would be helpful if the area could be left as minimal as possible.
Claims & Complaints:
We strive for customer satisfaction but if you are unhappy with any aspect of the service we ask that this is reported within 24 hours of job completion.
Stain Removal:
Please consult our team before attempting any DIY stain removal techniques, as improper methods can permanently set stains or damage pile. Be aware that proprietary oxi cleaners contain powerful agents that can cause problems on some stains. We cannot guarantee the removal of all stains, especially those resulting from caustics, acids, or permanent dyes, as well as pre-existing conditions not visible during the inspection.
Pet Odour Removal:
For pet accidents, we recommend an antimicrobial wash. The effectiveness of odour removal depends on the severity, age, and often it’s what they ate. We employ several techniques to eliminate pet odours, and the possible necessity for multiple treatments and any cost will be discussed before service commencement.
In Case of Damage:
Accidents can happen but we do try very hard to make sure they don’t. We commit to rectifying any damage caused by our services if reported within 48 hours. If we cannot repair the damaged item, we will compensate for its market value through an insurance claim. However, we cannot be held liable for any hidden pre-existing damage or damage due to placing furniture on wet carpets not done by our technicians

Rest assured; our company is fully insured for your protection not just for working in your home but also for articles being worked upon.
