Customer Terms of Service

 

Revita Cleaning

These Terms of Service set out the agreement between you (“the Customer”) and Revita Cleaning (“we”, “us”, “our”) for the services we provide.

By booking our services via phone, email, website, or in person, you agree to be bound by these Terms. We may update these Terms at any time without prior notice.

 

1. Definitions

  • Company – Revita Cleaning

  • Technician – Any employee or subcontractor carrying out services on our behalf

  • Customer – The individual or business booking our services

  • Services – Any cleaning or related work carried out by us

  • Appointment – A scheduled visit to your property to carry out services

 

2. Contract Agreement

  • These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Revita Cleaning.

  • Booking any service constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

  • Any variations must be agreed in writing by us.

  • These Terms override any other terms unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

 

3. Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your booking within 14 days of making it.

  • To cancel, you must notify us clearly (e.g. by email).

  • If services have already started at your request, you may be charged for work completed up to cancellation.

  • Refunds will be issued within 14 days using the original payment method.

 

4. Services

  • Quotes are based on the information you provide and may change if requirements differ on arrival.

  • Some treatments (e.g. heavy staining, pet odours) may require additional charges, which will be discussed on-site.

  • Appointment times are estimates, and we cannot guarantee exact arrival times.

  • We do not move heavy furniture unless agreed in advance.

  • You agree to provide safe access to the property and working utilities (e.g. water, electricity where required).

 

5. Payment

  • Prices provided online or over the phone are estimates until confirmed on-site.

  • Payment is due upon completion of the service unless agreed otherwise.

  • Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at booking or on-site.

  • Failed or late payments may result in additional charges, including recovery or legal fees if necessary.

 

6. Refunds

  • Refunds are only considered after we have been given the opportunity to resolve any issues.

  • We may offer a re-clean or partial refund at our discretion.

 

7. Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Delays or missed appointments beyond our control

  • Lack of utilities (e.g. water or power)

  • Pre-existing damage to surfaces or furnishings

  • Wear, discolouration, or permanent stains that cannot be removed

  • Items not accessible or areas we are unable to clean

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.

 

8. Insurance and Subcontractors

  • We carry public liability insurance.

  • We may use subcontractors where necessary.

  • Claims relating to subcontractor work may be handled by their own insurance providers.

 

9. Complaints

  • All complaints must be submitted in writing via email.

  • Please include full details and, where possible, photos.

  • Complaints must be made within 7 days of the service to qualify for a free re-clean.

 

10. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.

 

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of those courts.
